Due to the nature of our products and our small-business production process, all sales are considered final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please do not return any merchandise without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because we begin processing orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed. If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help before processing begins.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed by the shipping carrier after they have been shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order reshipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Any item specifically marked Final Sale is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
